Yes. When you're finished with it, Faefold can be recycled as cardboard through many local recycling programs. Recycling availability may vary by location.

Yes. Faefold is happiest when it stays assembled for everyday play, but it can be carefully taken apart and stored flat whenever you need more room.

Yes. Faefold is lightweight enough for an adult to move around the house. When moving it through a narrow doorway or placing it into storage, we recommend taking it apart rather than bending or forcing the structure.

Faefold is designed primarily for indoor play. On a dry day, it can also be enjoyed on a covered patio or dry grass. Keep it away from rain, wet surfaces, and excessive moisture, and bring it back indoors after play.

Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For small marks, a soft, slightly damp cloth is fine. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or using abrasive or water-based cleaning products.

Keep Faefold away from rain, spills, and excessive moisture whenever possible. If it gets wet, allow it to air dry completely before using it again. Water damage is not covered under our return policy, so a little extra care goes a long way.

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Some addresses, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, and certain remote locations, may not be eligible for delivery. If we're unable to ship to your address, we'll contact you.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes another 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Eligible unused and unassembled items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, Faefold must be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition with all parts and instructions included.

Because Faefold is designed to be decorated and played with, we cannot accept returns after it has been assembled, decorated, altered, damaged, exposed to moisture, or used during play, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to damage, a defect, or our mistake, a shipping recovery fee of up to $25 may also be deducted from your refund to help cover the original delivery cost. Full details are available in our Returns Policy.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@faefold.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, clear photos of the shipping box and product, and a short description of the issue. We'll make it right.
