At Faefold, we currently ship within the United States only. Every order is packed with care and processed as quickly as possible so your playhouse can arrive ready to unfold, imagine, and enjoy.
Here’s everything to know about shipping, returns, and how we handle little bumps along the way.
Shipping
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, launches, restocks, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Destination
- We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Eligible Addresses: Some addresses, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or certain remote locations, may not be eligible for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you to update the details or cancel the order.
Shipping Rates
- Standard U.S. shipping is currently free unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
- Any available shipping offers or promotions will be clearly shown on the site or at checkout and may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Order Tracking
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
Shipping Delays
- While we always do our best to get orders out quickly, shipping carriers can sometimes experience delays that are outside our control.
- If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or in your order confirmation, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel your order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Faefold is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or an address that cannot be serviced by the carrier, original outbound shipping costs, carrier return fees, and reshipping fees may be deducted from any refund or charged before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, Faefold is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier directly.
- If you believe your package was lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help with the carrier review process.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Faefold playhouse. Eligible unused and unassembled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
